TermsTerms of Service
These terms describe the rules for using Lots of Lots during beta and the responsibilities that come with account, listing, and marketplace workflows.
Last updated: May 11, 2026
Beta service
- Lots of Lots is currently a beta product. Features may change, break, be limited, or be removed while the service is being improved.
- You are responsible for reviewing drafts, prices, descriptions, item specifics, exports, and marketplace actions before relying on them.
- AI-assisted output and pricing context are workflow aids, not guarantees of accuracy, compliance, sale price, or marketplace acceptance.
Accounts and acceptable use
- You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account or organization workspace.
- Do not use Lots of Lots to upload unlawful content, infringe intellectual property, abuse marketplaces, interfere with the service, scrape without permission, or attempt to bypass security.
- We may suspend or restrict access when needed to protect users, marketplaces, service reliability, or legal obligations.
Marketplace connections
- Marketplace integrations, including eBay account linking, depend on third-party services and their own terms, policies, APIs, outages, and review processes.
- Connecting an account authorizes Lots of Lots to use the permissions shown in the marketplace consent flow for supported workflows.
- You remain responsible for marketplace listings, orders, policies, fees, taxes, shipping, returns, customer service, and compliance.
Payments and plans
- Public pricing, credits, beta credits, quotas, trials, and plan details may change as the product matures.
- Paid features may require valid billing information. Taxes, refunds, cancellations, and renewals will be handled according to the purchase terms shown at checkout or in the product.
Content and ownership
- You keep ownership of the content you upload or create in your workspace. You grant us permission to host, process, display, transform, and transmit it as needed to provide the service.
- Lots of Lots, its software, branding, workflows, and documentation are owned by Kiki and Dino or its licensors and may not be copied except as allowed by law or written permission.
Disclaimers and limits
- The service is provided as is and as available during beta, without warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law.
- To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kiki and Dino will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages related to use of the service.
